Charles Boswell

Chief Executive Officer / Founder

Charles Boswell founded Tri-State Maritime Services in 1994. He worked to form partnerships that include Global Maritime Logistics, Gulf Coast Intermodal, and Alabama Steel Terminals. His focus is dedicated to creating the most robust and comprehensive set of maritime services available at the port of Mobile. His dedication and leadership in the maritime industry is apparent throughout his career. His strive for efficiency, capability and dependability are unmatched in Mobile, Alabama.

Tom Adger

President

Tom Adger has worked for Tri-State Maritime performing duties as Executive Manager since 2001, assisting the company with managerial duties of customer sales and daily operations. Mr. Adger also assisted with development and planning of vested projects such as Alabama Steel Teminals, LLC and marine support services for AIRBUS. He worked as traffic manager for the Alabama State Docks from 1981 to 1989 and National Account Manager/Sales for Forest Products from 1995-1997. Mr. Adger also served as managing partner of Dockside Services, Inc, a general marine service support company from 1992-1995. Combining vast experience within the port/maritime industry, spanning over 42 years, his extensive experience in logistics, commodity freight, containerized shipping, and other operational areas provide a level of understanding shippers needs by creating efficiency and dependable service to all customers.
